Job Summary

Qlive Connect Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and professional HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to make the right hiring decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of HR experience
- MBA (HR) or MSW preferred
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Positive interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace




- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
