- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a robust talent pipeline.

Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market trends, and best practices to optimize the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience as a Sourcing/TA Specialist in the IT industry, ideally within a consulting or services-oriented organization.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
