4–6 years of solid experience in fullstack development.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Hands-on with Kubernetes / OpenShift, Azure DevOps, JMS.
Bonus points for Quarkus, Apache Camel, and banking domain knowledge.

Comfortable in rapid-paced, agile teams.
