The company is looking for a Head of Client Servicing who can lead the Account Management (AM) function or business unit, manage strategic client relationships, oversee delivery, and drive account growth.

The candidate must come from a B2B marketing agency and have demonstrable experience leading the Account Management function or a business unit. Individual account managers without leadership experience should not be prioritized.

- Has led Account Managers, Client Servicing Managers, or an account management business unit.
- Manages multiple B2B accounts and complex digital marketing deliverables.
- Has experience with B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise clients.
- Understands SEO, paid media, analytics, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Candidates from in-house marketing teams without agency experience.
- Individual contributors who have never led an AM team or business unit.
