Lead Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a high-impact Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs that enable critical business outcomes. You will bring robust technical depth, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, and operations to deliver complex technology programs
Drive program planning, execution, and delivery , ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making using metrics, reporting, and industry trends
Champion Agile and outcome-based delivery , fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues , proactively resolving roadblocks
Optimize resource planning and allocation across multiple initiatives
Communicate program status, risks,



and outcomes clearly to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 8–11 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role) delivering complex software programs
- Strong experience in SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Ability to work in a hybrid office model (3+ days onsite)
- Financial Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- CRM: Salesforce
- Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Experience with project planning, status reporting, and executive dashboards

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with large-scale system and enterprise architecture
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, Azure DevOps
Agile coaching experience (nice to have)
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
