We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll operations for 1000+ blue-collar workers. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Payroll Management: Manage payroll operations for blue-collar workers, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursals.
Taxation: Manage tax-related tasks, including TDS, income tax returns, and other tax compliance requirements.




Team Management: Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient payroll operations.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Respond to employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Experience: Minimum 2+years of experience in payroll management, preferably with blue-collar workers.
Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of payroll professionals.
Taxation: Good understanding of taxation laws and regulations, including TDS and income tax returns.
