We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us find, engage and hire bright minds to join our team. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. You'll get the opportunity to work and learn alongside experienced peers and hone your own skills.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals, then manage every applicant in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Screen resumes and hold initial phone or video interviews to get a sense of each candidate's fit and interest
Keep candidate records current in the ATS and track pipeline metrics
Assist HR Manager with reference checks and onboarding handoffs

1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service or a related area

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Well-versed with tools like Google Workspace or MS Office and a knack for picking up new software quickly
- A real interest in people and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition

An internship or some coursework in HR or business
Familiarity with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or Zoho
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri
