The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales pipeline. Daily tasks include outreach via email, calls, and social platforms, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership. The role also requires building strong professional relationships, representing Madgeek at meetings, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.

Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations, with solid Presentation Skills and experience in Presentations.
Basic understanding of software or technology services and interest in working with global clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience or internships in sales, business development, or account management are an advantage.
