This is a full time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing and motivating the sales team, coordinating with other departments, preparing sales reports,



and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. The Sales Manager is also expected to conduct market research and stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

Ability to analyze market trends and prepare detailed sales reports

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
