Roles & Responsibilities : - Client Requirement Analysis : Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption.- AI Solution Strategy : Assess client requirements and develop suitable AI-driven solutions and implementation roadmaps.- Solution Design & Implementation : Collaborate with internal technical teams to design, propose, and execute AI-powered solutions.- Business Alignment : Recommend AI tools, automation, and methodologies that align with clients' business goals.- Client Communication : Explain technical concepts and AI capabilities in a straightforward, business-friendly manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- End-to-End Client Ownership : Manage the client journey from initial discovery and requirement gathering through implementation and ongoing support.- AI Research & Innovation : Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and real-world use cases to identify relevant opportunities for clients.- Client & Project Management : Manage multiple client engagements, coordinate with internal teams,



and ensure solutions align with agreed requirements and objectives.Requirements : - Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in custom AI development.- Client Management : 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager, preferably in a service-based company or digital agency.- AI Knowledge : Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and technologies, including NLP, Machine Learning, chatbots, automation, and cloud technologies.- Practical AI Exposure : Hands-on experience working on AI projects through development, execution, coordination, or implementation.- Client Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain AI solutions in business-friendly terms.- Problem-Solving : Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions.- Project & Client Management : Ability to manage multiple client engagements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
