Job Role : Senior Routing & Switching Engineer.Location : Bangalore.Experience : 8 - 16 Years.Qualification : Any Graduate | Any Post Graduate | Any Diploma.Client-Facing Role : Yes - Client Calls & Stakeholder Coordination.Mandatory Certification : Active CCIE.Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Senior Routing & Switching Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, network migrations, and complex cutovers across Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper platforms.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 network infrastructure.- Implement and migrate Cisco Nexus data center switches, Catalyst 8000/9000, ASR 1002, and Cisco 8300 series routers.- Configure and support Aruba CX 6200/6300/8320 switches and Juniper EX3300/EX2200 platforms.- Troubleshoot and implement BGP, OSPF, VRF, static routing, route redistribution, route filtering, HSRP/VRRP, and policy-based routing.- Manage VLANs, trunking, STP/RSTP/MST, EtherChannel/LACP, port-channels, and inter-VLAN routing.- Execute hardware refreshes, network migrations, data center cutovers, failover testing, and rollback procedures.- Prepare Low-Level Designs (LLDs),



Method of Procedures (MOPs), implementation runbooks, test scripts, and as-built documentation.Mandatory Technical Skills :- Cisco Nexus : 9504, 9348, 93180YC, NX-OS, VLAN, VRF, vPC.- Cisco Routing & Switching : Catalyst 8000/9000, ASR 1002, Cisco 8300.- Aruba Switching : CX 6200, CX 6300, CX 8320.- Juniper Switching : EX3300, EX2200.- Routing Protocols : BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, HSRP/VRRP.- Layer 2: VLAN, STP/RSTP/MST, EtherChannel/LACP.- Troubleshooting : Packet Capture, RCA, Latency/Loss Analysis, Routing-Path Analysis.Certification Requirement :- Mandatory : Active CCIE certification is required before candidate submission.- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure preferred; valid and relevant legacy CCIE Routing & Switching certifications are also acceptable.- Additional Cisco Data Center, Aruba, or Juniper certifications are advantageous.Preferred Candidate Profile :- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise and data center networking.- Proven network migration, implementation, and cutover expertise.- Experience preparing technical documentation and rollback plans.
