The role spans the full lifecycle - planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management - with accountability for Account Reconciliation (ARCS) implementation, including application configuration, integration, and validation.Roles & Responsibilities :- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.- Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design,



develop & deliver Oracle ARCS solutions.- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.- Play a pivotal role from requirement gathering to project closure.- Own complete solution design.- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders.- Ensure strong understanding of integration and reconciliation processes.Preferred Candidate Profile :- 5+ years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.- Hands-on experience in at least 2 ARCS implementations.- Solid expertise in Reconciliation Formats, Auto Matching Rules, Workflow, and Integrations.- Experience in Transaction Matching reconciliations.
