Sales Manager – Staffing & Licensing | NCR /Bangalore Region
Location: NCR (Local candidates only) / Bangalore

Industry: IT Staffing & Licensing Sales (Hunter)
Travel: We seek a dynamic and well-connected sales manager with IT staffing and licensed sales expertise . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing 4-5 crore annually exclusively through staffing and licensing deals, with a deep understanding of the domestic and local market .

This role requires strong networking skills , the ability to leverage personal connections to generate business, and a people-friendly approach in collaborating with partners like UiPath, Liferay, etc. . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across North India / South India , working exclusively with captive firms and large MNCs —we do not engage with government sector clients.

Drive revenue growth through staffing (not project sales) and licensing deals .
Leverage personal network to generate new business opportunities.




Execute extensive travel across North India to meet clients and partners.
Work cohesively with internal teams to align sales strategies and business goals.

Proven track record in IT staffing sales (4-5 Cr annual closures).
Strong knowledge of the domestic and NCR market .
Excellent networking skills – the ability to acquire business through connections.
Pleasant personality with robust relationship-building abilities.
Flexible for travel post-lockdown .
Local to NCR (No relocation support available).
Experience working with captive firms, and large MNCs —not the government sector.
