About the Role Kuvam Technologies is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales, industrial products, CNC/VMC machine tools, or related mechanical components.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Generate leads and build relationships with OEMs, machine-tool manufacturers, dealers, and end customers.
Promote and sell CNC/VMC-related products, including rotary tables, CNC spindles, angle heads, and machine-tool components.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and manage the sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports,



and market intelligence.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or B2B business development.
- Experience with CNC/VMC machines, rotary tables, spindles, cutting tools, or machine-tool components will be preferred.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering products and technical specifications.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and close sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits across Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- A valid driving licence and personal two-wheeler will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 30,000–50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and suitability.
