About the Role

We are seeking marketing professionals with strong Microsoft 365 skills to develop realistic marketing tasks, evaluate marketing content, and assess how effectively AI systems handle practical marketing workflows.

You will create multi-step scenarios based on real marketing activities, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, content development, and performance analysis. You will also use Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, to develop marketing deliverables and documentation while contributing to the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated outputs.

Professional marketing experience and practical Microsoft Office expertise are central to this role. Experience with AI training or evaluation is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design realistic, multi-step marketing tasks reflecting industry workflows, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, content calendars, and performance reporting.

- Write, review, and refine marketing content for AI training and evaluation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.

- Develop and assess marketing analytics evaluations that measure how effectively AI systems interpret campaign data and evaluate marketing performance.

- Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot, to produce marketing deliverables and supporting documentation.

- Analyze marketing data, identify performance trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.





- Provide clear, consistent feedback on AI-generated marketing content and analytical outputs.

- Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables meet project requirements and professional standards.

Required Qualifications

- Professional experience in marketing, such as content marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing analytics.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot or comparable Microsoft 365 AI-assisted workflows.

- Robust written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and assess campaign effectiveness.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide explicit, structured, and consistent feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or evaluating AI-generated content.

- Experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or campaign measurement.

- Familiarity with developing marketing task scenarios, evaluation criteria, or structured content assessments.

- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve marketing productivity and documentation.
