PulseOne is hiring for multiple intern roles: Business Development (BD) Intern, Digital Marketing Intern, Tech Intern (Full Stack / AI) and Sales Intern!

1. Business Development (BD) Intern

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Identify and reach out to hospitals and healthcare partners for PulseOne's offerings.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups and partnership discussions.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective partners.
- Maintain lead records and report on business development activity.

Requirements:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with field visits and self-driven, target-oriented work.
- Interest in business development, healthcare or partnerships is an advantage.

2. Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Support the planning and publishing of social media content across platforms.
- Assist in creating and running paid digital campaigns and tracking their performance.
- Help with content for the website and landing pages, including basic SEO.
- Track engagement, leads and key metrics, and prepare simple performance reports.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of social media, content marketing and digital advertising.
- Comfort with design tools such as Canva and with Google Workspace.




- Good written communication and an eye for detail.

3. Tech Intern (Full Stack / AI)

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Help build and maintain the WhatsApp Business API integration.
- Develop AI conversation flows and integrate LLM APIs into the product.
- Work on frontend and backend features, including REST APIs and database connections.
- Test, debug and document features, and support releases.

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python and at least one web framework.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases.
- Interest in AI, LLMs and chatbot workflows; experience with the WhatsApp Business API is an advantage.

4. Sales Intern

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Pitch PulseOne's offering to hospital heads and decision makers.
- Work toward closing MoUs with hospitals through field visits and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of hospital leads and record activity.
- Support partnership and onboarding activities after an MoU is signed.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication and confidence in face-to-face pitching.
- Comfort with field visits and self-driven, target-oriented work.
- Interest in healthcare and hospital partnerships is an advantage.
