Business Analyst (BA) – AI-Driven Insights & Process Optimization

As a Business Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance the performance of key departments (e.g., You'll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) , collaborate with department managers, and leverage AI tools to develop actionable strategies that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in call centers, customer service, or sales .
Strong analytical skills – Proficiency in data tools ( spreadsheets, Qlik, AI-powered analytics ).
Problem-solving mindset – Experience conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) .
Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
AI Experience (Preferred) – Familiarity with AI-driven analysis and trend identification.





Data Analysis & Reporting – Use platforms like Vici Dial, CRM, and Qlik to identify trends and performance gaps.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Conduct interviews, analyze data with AI tools , and pinpoint the root causes of inefficiencies.
Performance Optimization – Monitor key metrics, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of training, tools, and process changes.
AI-Powered Insights – Use AI to analyze sales, customer service, and retention data to drive strategic decision-making.
Feedback & Evaluation – Track action plan success, refine strategies, and participate in performance reviews to assess impact.
