Marketing Executive (Performance & Digital Marketing) Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru

We're a fast-growing fintech startup on a mission to simplify digital payments for up-to-date businesses. At Paywize, we build secure, scalable, and smart payment solutions — and now we're looking for a hands-on marketer to help us grow faster.

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in driving digital growth:
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Support performance marketing and lead-gen efforts in collaboration with the sales team
Track, analyze & report on performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Work with CRM tools, generate campaign insights, and monitor market trends
Support SEO/SEM and contribute to broader growth marketing strategies





Have 1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (or ran your own Meta campaigns!)
Are confident with campaign metrics & tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
Can write clear, compelling content that gets people to click
Are organized, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus if you have experience with: Canva, Notion, Mailchimp, or video editing tools
