About the Role We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue. The role involves managing the sales team, driving conversions, improving sales processes, and ensuring a strong student experience throughout the admission journey.

Own sales targets and revenue for the assigned business.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of study abroad counsellors/sales professionals.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Analyse sales data, identify gaps, and build strategies to improve team productivity and conversions.
Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions with the team.
Build and implement sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency.
Ensure a high-quality student experience while maintaining robust sales outcomes.

5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in study abroad, international education, or a related industry .





- Prior experience managing and leading a sales/counselling team.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to identify problems and take quick action.
- Strong customer/student orientation with a commercial mindset.

There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
