We are looking for a Creative Director to support AI model evaluation initiatives focused on creativity, storytelling, and brand-led communication. In this role, you will assess AI-generated creative outputs across visual concepts, campaigns, narratives, and brand messaging, helping improve how AI models reason about originality, tone, and audience impact.

Annotate and evaluate AI-generated creative concepts, brand narratives, and campaign ideas.
Review AI outputs for originality, emotional resonance, and alignment with creative briefs.
Assess consistency in tone, voice, and brand identity across AI-generated content.




Provide structured feedback to improve AI creativity, ideation depth, and storytelling quality.

Background in creative direction, advertising, branding, or content strategy.
Strong understanding of storytelling, visual language, and creative frameworks.
Ability to critically evaluate creative quality and brand alignment.
Experience working across digital, visual, and narrative formats is a plus.
Interest in shaping next-generation AI creative intelligence.
