Key Responsibilities:
Drive consultative B2B sales by understanding client business needs and HR challenges
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
Take ownership of assigned accounts and focus on revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective client accounts
Deliver a high level of client engagement and relationship management
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and solution delivery

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA is mandatory
- (Psychology Postgraduates may also be considered)
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Prior experience in service sales will be preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage confidently with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- High level of ownership, drive, and relationship-building capability
- Must be willing to travel
- Candidate should own a vehicle

Strong exposure to consultative selling
Strong oral communication skills are a must.
Ability to understand and pitch solutions around business and HR challenges
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a field sales role
