Job Description:
Looking for an IoT / Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in GPS or IoT devices. The role includes customer handling, device troubleshooting, and field visits for installation and assembly.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for IoT and GPS devices
Handle customer queries (calls, emails, on-site)
On-site GPS installation, assembly, wiring, and configuration
Soldering, device testing, and basic hardware repairs
Troubleshoot GPS, SIM, power, and connectivity issues




Maintain logs and service reports
Coordinate with R&D;/Support teams for escalations
Must-Have Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience in IoT/GPS/Technical Support
- Basic electronics and IoT hardware knowledge
- Soldering skills
- Understanding of UART, RS485, I2C (basic level)
- Good communication for customer handling

Comfortable with regular field work
Must have own bike
