Project Role : Business Function Implementation Lead

Project Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function. This role requires careful planning and leadership to ensure that all activities align seamlessly with the business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement is a key aspect of the daily routine, ensuring that the business function operates efficiently from start to finish.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of business function initiatives.

Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Solid understanding of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments.

Experience in process analysis and business function design to support organizational goals.

Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Skilled in identifying and resolving implementation challenges to maintain project momentum.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
