The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented —someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and excels in utilizing AI tools for Business Requirement Documents (BRD),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Story & Flowchart Creation. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work closely with Developers, QA, and Product teams, and experience in Operations Management are essential for success in this role.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.
Adapt quickly to business processes and industry-specific terminology to ensure effective requirement gathering and execution.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure seamless product development and timely delivery of solutions.
Lead and facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive consensus and project success.
Analyze business needs and process improvements, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Define and track key metrics to measure project success, efficiency, and business impact.
Conduct impact analysis and assist in defining the scope of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring business goals are met effectively.




Contribute to Operations Management by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to drive Operational Excellence.

Documentation Accuracy – Maintain 100% compliance with BRD, FRD, and flowchart standards.
Stakeholder Satisfaction – Achieve a minimum stakeholder satisfaction score of 90% in feedback surveys.
Project Timeliness – Ensure 95% on-time completion of deliverables within defined project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based product environment.
- Experience in designing and building CRM/Project Management software.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Development, QA, and Product teams.
- Robust experience in Operations Management and driving Operational Excellence.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, and AI-powered documentation tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to various business processes.
Experience in process improvements and operational excellence.
