This is a full-time in office role for a Telecaller Associate based in Siliguri. The Telecaller Associate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls,



managing customer inquiries, guiding clients in planning travel itineraries, offering recommendations, and promoting company services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and additional regional languages being a plus
Experience in customer service or telesales, with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving queries
Knowledge of travel and tourism industry, particularly in destinations such as Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and the Northeast
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
Previous experience in tourism or travel-related roles is an advantage
