Role Description
This is a full-time in office role as a Sales Manager, located in Karmanghat, Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The daily tasks include handling the leads through CRM, calling potential customers, scheduling and conducting site visits, handling walk-ins, closing sales and coordinating with marketing team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of market research, client relationship management, and lead generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Experience in the real estate industry
