Experience Required: 3–5 years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior US Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting processes for our US clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Handle end-to-end accounting for US-based entities/clients, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and trial balance finalization.

Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting.

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.

Manage reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany balances, and other key accounts.

Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary schedules and documentation to auditors.

Support tax teams with data for tax filings, 1099s, and other compliance requirements.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A;, AR/AP, and Payroll.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA Inter, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in US accounting.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Experience working with US clients or in a US-based accounting role is mandatory.

Experience in working with outsourced accounting firms.

Familiarity with tax support documents, sales tax compliance, or payroll accounting.

Exposure to automation tools or process improvements in accounting.
