We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be accountable for the P&L; of a particular branch along with playing a strategic role in building processes and leading large teams. He/She will also be expected to drive the process, lead in-flow, marketing plans and customer experience for their specific city. It is a great role to get a microscopic view and first hand experience of the way businesses are built and scaled.

To lead a team of 25+ functional experts in counselling division and team leaders by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
Pipeline forecast Management, Report & Data Management
As part of the leadership team, you will audit, overlook and implement all operations initiatives for the organisation and efficiently manage teammates.
Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team & conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors

4+ years of experience in P&L; management, sales, or operations and managing a team of more than 10 team members in overseas industry.





- Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics
- Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
- Build strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
- Valuable skills in handling CRM.
