Technical Consultant (Level 1 & 2)

Reports to: Manager, Technical Consulting

Working with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, you will own the technical and functional implementation of Quickbase for recent and existing customers — sharing best practices, proposing application designs, and implementing workflow automation to address customers' functional and technical requirements. Accelerate successful adoption of Quickbase through time-bound customer engagements and identify success metrics to provide data-driven insight into the value of Quickbase.

Identify, enable, and nurture new Quickbase builders through coaching and hands-on guidance.

Provide customers with the tools and resources they need to be successful with Quickbase long term.

Work with key customer stakeholders to ensure Quickbase is implemented optimally within the customer IT landscape,



addressing security, technical, operational, and policy concerns.

2–5+ years delivering technical solutions in software sales, services, engineering, or support.

- Highly curious about business process with experience optimizing and automating processes.
- 1–2+ years working with relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems.
- Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all customer levels, from C-suite to individual contributors.
- Understanding and experience defining and managing key metrics including financial targets, industry-standard metrics, and stakeholder KPIs.
- Experience working with ERP solutions and enterprise software systems.
- BS/BA degree (Computer Science or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Flexibility for travel.
- 0–3+ years of experience designing and building solutions in Quickbase.
