We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our talent acquisition team, ensuring that we consistently identify, attract, and recruit top-quality candidates to meet our clients' evolving needs.
Job Description Management: Take and understand detailed job descriptions from clients and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the internal TA team.
Team Guidance: Explain job requirements thoroughly to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure they have a complete understanding of the client's needs.
Once a candidate's profile is approved by the internal TA team (marked as 'green'), and with the approval of internal managers,



it must be sent to the client immediately.
Performance Monitoring: Check the daily progress and performance of the entire TA team to ensure targets are being met and to identify any bottlenecks.
Agile Work Workplace: Work within an Agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal management, and ensure effective team management.

Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management role.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
