Own & drive min of two product areas for product management with two or more scrum teams.
Effectively manages client programs and initiatives, identifying and communicating risks and dependencies
Develop coaching/mentoring skills and mentor Product Managers
Establishing and maintaining metrics for development teams to do self-evaluation and external reporting




Able to combine data and subject matter expertise to make product decisions and prioritzation trade-offs
Can work across backend/frontend/data layers.
Proficient in shaping data requirements, (for platform defining data models, and understanding ETL/data pipeline implications)
Partners with tech leads to drive platform, performance, or reliability improvements into the roadmap.
