Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage financial accounting, compliance, costing, reporting and commercial finance activities while supporting profitability and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial accounting, Balance Sheet, P&L; and financial reporting .
Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and annual filings .
Coordinate with statutory auditors and government authorities .
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
Handle product costing, BOM costing and raw-material cost analysis .
Perform manufacturing cost analysis, cost-centre allocation and standard vs. actual cost variance analysis .
Prepare monthly MIS, customer-wise/product-wise profitability and gross-margin analysis .
Oversee inventory valuation,



stock reconciliation and slow/non-moving inventory analysis .
Support commercial teams with RFQ costing and pricing analysis .
Provide financial insights to improve cost control, profitability and overall business performance .

Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in Finance, Accounts and Cost Management , preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial reporting .
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One / SAP / similar ERP systems .
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis .
Robust analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills .
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.
