Role Description The Customer Support & Order Management Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information about products, orders, and deliveries. The executive will manage order entry, order processing,



and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct dispatch of products. The role also requires documenting recurring issues, sharing feedback with internal teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience and order management processes.

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.

Order Management and Order Processing experience, including data entry, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams.

Analytical Skills to review order data, identify issues or patterns, and support process improvements.

Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM or order management systems, and familiarity with online commerce platforms.

Previous experience in customer support, retail, e-commerce, or food products is beneficial.

Relevant educational background in business, commerce, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
