Calling 24o7 BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. is a 23-year-old contact centre and BPO organisation with a 500+ member team. We provide inbound and outbound contact centre solutions, sales and lead generation, customer service, collections, retention, chat/email support and other customer engagement services across sectors including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Education and Real Estate.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our contact centre and BPO services.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references, networking and other channels.
* Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.

Business Development

- Present Calling 24o7's capabilities,



solutions and value proposition.
- Coordinate internally to develop suitable commercial and operational proposals.
- Present customised BPO/contact centre solutions to prospects

- Sales Pipeline Management

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
- Understand changing customer requirements and identify opportunities for new business.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales and Leads generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to independently generate and manage a sales pipeline.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Should have an extremely Positive and consistent sales approach.
