As our Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective customer complaint management, product failure analysis, and operational excellence across global inspection centers.

Your work will drive timely issue resolution, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain high customer satisfaction through standardized quality processes and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.

Lead customer claim management activities, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis, and effective resolution of product quality concerns

Conduct failure analysis (Tear down analysis) of returned products and drive corrective actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to standardize claim handling and failure analysis processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Manage and support Global Local Inspection Centers (LIC) operations, ensuring standardized processes, system compliance, and operational excellence

Monitor quality performance metrics (E.g. Customer Claim Handling time), facilitate Quality performance reviews with regional & global stake holders and provide data-driven insights to enhance quality, operational effectiveness and customer experience

Experience in quality management, customer complaint handling,



product failure analysis, or related technical disciplines

Proficiency in 8D, RCA, SAP, Power Bi, Microsoft tools, or eagerness to learn

Strong communication skills in English
