Popbrain is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the rapidly-growing Popbrain Ads team. The role will be to onboard brands and advertisers on our platform Popbrain to advertise their products/services. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by building and managing relationships with brands, advertisers, and media agencies within your assigned industry vertical.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic ads, native ads, CPC/CPM platforms, or digital advertising sales

- Strong understanding of how AdTech platforms work, including campaign setup, optimization, budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams
- Ability to explain product value clearly and handle high-level brand discussions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and ensure retention Target-driven, organized, and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment

2–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Agency Sales.

- Mandatory:



At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising sales within one of the following industry verticals: BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or Travel & Luxury.
- Strong network of brand marketers, advertisers, and media agencies within the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Acquire, onboard, and manage brand accounts

- Explain PopBrain's performance model and platform process
- Handle client queries, reporting, and performance improvement calls Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Ensure consistent account retention and satisfaction
