Objectives of the Job profile:

- Understand customer business processes and requirements.
- Prepare a business requirement document
- Present and demonstrate solutions to convince customers.
- Prepare solution proposal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve overall revenue streams.
- Analyse competitive software solutions, and industry trends and prepare comparisons for product development.
- Identify strategic opportunities for business growth
- Work with sales and marketing to create target strategies, presentations, etc.
- Project management of internal and external projects.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
- Connect with prospects to understand their challenges/fears/ expectations to enable faster closure.




- Participate in sprint planning sessions to prioritize tasks based on business value and customer needs.
- Attention to detail and data gathering and data management skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical bent of mind.
