We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume in-house hiring environments. Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates at every stage

- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition team
- Demonstrated experience managing 100+ open requisitions or scheduling 300+ interviews per month simultaneously




- Experience coordinating directly with internal hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing candidate-facing and stakeholder-facing communications
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-moving workplace

Experience supporting bulk hiring drives (100+ hires in a single cycle)

- Exposure to hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or data teams)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth company scaling headcount rapidly
