The candidate will be responsible for supporting initial loan sizing and underwriting tasks for commercial real estate (CRE). This includes providing due diligence and real estate analysis for CMBS, agency, securitization, and other CRE loan underwriting and debt consulting services. Provide analytical support in underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans, securitizations, or affordable housing loans for our clients
Review, analyze, and interpret financial operating statements, rent rolls, third-party reports, tenant lease agreements, surveys, title reports, zoning reports, property insurance policies, credit reports, and other due diligence documents
Research, analyze, and summarize tenant-level information, including financial trends, and credit ratings
Extract pertinent data from appraisal, engineering, environmental, and other third-party reports
Write property, market, borrower/sponsor descriptions, and third-party report summaries for inclusion in credit memos and asset summary reports
Provide support in the delivery of due diligence and real estate analysis for CMBS, agency multifamily, securitization, and other commercial real estate loan underwriting and debt consulting services

industry across all property types, including Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging, and Healthcare
Experience in evaluating CRE loan originations, reviewing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), and preparing Asset Summary Reports
Expertise in underwriting commercial properties through financial, lease, and rent roll analysis
Proven track record in end-to-end CRE Portfolio Monitoring for Commercial Banks
Solid knowledge in CRE Multifamily loan underwriting, including CMBS guidelines and standards, as well as covenants to protect lenders' exposure in transactions
Ability to perform complex tasks independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with various data sources such as REIS and CoStar
Proficiency in MS Office Suites
Solid time management skills to meet deadlines and accommodate ad-hoc requests

Any graduation/ postgraduate in any discipline

- Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, and Business
- 8-10 years' experience in real estate related or financial services industry, such as appraisal, brokerage, or banking primarily focused on commercial properties and/or master's degree in business, accounting, finance or real estate
