Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
Drive excellence in sales, collections, and channel performance

Develop incentive structures and training programs to keep your team motivated
Collaborate with marketing, R&D;, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class lighting solutions

Who We're Looking For

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Engineering background a plus)
- 5+ years of proven success in the lighting or electrical industry
- Strategic yet hands-on, with robust local market knowledge and channel development experience
- A persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer
- A leader who inspires, not just manages, performance
