We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive enterprise sales and build strong B2B client relationships across Verification Services, Global Expansion, Compliance and other skilled services .
Generate and convert B2B/enterprise leads through outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, events and partnerships.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and closure.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, CRM hygiene and regular sales forecasts.
Drive account growth through cross-selling and long-term client relationships.




5–10 years of proven B2B / consultative sales experience .

- Strong experience in selling services, consulting or compliance solutions .
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent .
- Graduate mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Comfortable working from the Gurugram office and travelling as required.

Experience in audit, compliance, fixed asset/inventory verification, company incorporation, international entity setup, FEMA/ODI, payroll or corporate services .
