Hiring Manager
Are you an experienced talenthunter with solid networks in both India and the US Unbridaled AI, an AIfirst diamond and gemstone marketplace, is on the lookout for a driven Hiring Manager to own fullcycle recruitment across Sales, Operations, and other key verticals for our India & USA teams. Lead endtoend hiring for Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and support functions in both India and US time zones.
Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, niche job boards, referrals, and community networks.
Manage our ATS and recruitment workflows—ensuring timely communication, feedback loops, and offer processes.
Drive employerbranding initiatives to attract top talent.
Analyze hiring metrics (timetofill, source effectiveness) and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.





3+ years of fullcycle recruitment experience, preferably in a highgrowth startup or tech environment.

- Proven track record hiring for Sales and Operations roles across multiple time zones—India & US preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise on LinkedIn and other platforms, with an active professional network.
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours (early mornings or evenings IST) to sync with USbased stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely with selfdiscipline for a Monday–Saturday schedule.
