You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis,
month-end reporting and supporting the set-up of business processes and control.
Act as a finance business partner to category/business teams, providing financial insights to

Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units

- - Track and analyze key business and financial metrics (revenue, margins, unit economics, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Develop and implement strong financial controls and processes for improved financial reporting

and analysis to support decision-making.
~ Prepare and present monthly financial updates to key stakeholders, providing insights on

financial performance and trends.
Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from a tier 1 MBA college.
~3 –4 years of experience in business finance, FP&A;, or commercial finance — ideally in a

consumer internet, marketplace,



services, or high-growth D2C/e-commerce business
~ Solid business acumen to understand the business requirements
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; relying on manual overrides
~ Ability to work directly with business leaders — translating financial analysis into decisions, not
