Company Description Documitra is an emerging company providing the assistance with Documentation to Indian Expats living in USA and Canada since 2020 and helping them in cumbersome processes of Visa, Passport, OCI etc.
This is a full-time in office role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and managing online support interactions. Field: Worked in International BPO in blended process
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
