Salary is 8-9 LPA

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage schedules, prioritize functions and appointments. Provide material and background information to prepare Director for upcoming meetings and ensure meeting deadlines are communicated and attained
- Interact and engage with senior officers, community members, and other personnel (including respective administrative support professionals) on topics related to the functions of the Office of the Director
- Prepare documents on behalf of the Director. The documents include proposals, reports, letters, presentations, databases, and more.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Positive office managerial skills




- Serve as the point person for external institutions and individuals who need to contact the Director.
- Monitor and track documents, projects and tasks, ensuring attention to time-sensitive issues and longer-term initiatives.
- Prepare and provide all relevant documents for meetings and travel when needed.
- File properly with and up-to-date records all documents and correspondences of the Director office.

Skills Required Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
- Experience in working with senior officials
- Ability to meet deadlines with varying degrees of pressure.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess significant awareness of the handling of sensitive information (contracts, intellectual property, agreements, financial, and personal data).
