You will lead a portfolio of high-stakes brand mandates, partnering directly with CXOs, shaping narratives, and turning business goals into breakthrough campaigns. Lead strategic planning and execution across integrated mandates — from brand campaigns to performance-first initiatives.
Be the trusted advisor to senior clients and CXOs, providing insight-driven counsel and bold, business-building recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, performance, tech, and media to deliver seamless brand experiences.
Stay ahead of digital, social,



and cultural trends to keep client work relevant, edgy, and effective.
Actively spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities — and convert them into long-term wins.
Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing account managers and client partners.

Experience:
10–12 years in client-facing roles within integrated or digital-first agencies.
Bachelor's degree (MBA or marketing-related PG is a plus).

A creative-first mindset backed by digital intelligence — you understand reels and results equally.
Ability to balance brand strategy with executional depth across traditional and digital ecosystems.
Proven leadership in managing multi-million-rupee accounts, teams, and timelines with finesse.
Robust commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, client growth — you own the business end too.
Hunger to build brands and mentor talent, not just manage work.
