Oversee all aspects of direct tax compliance, reporting, and planning for the organization.
The role involves managing tax assessments, liaising with consultants and authorities, and ensuring adherence to evolving tax regulations.

Our Direct Taxation team drives strategic tax planning, compliance, and risk management across the organization. We work closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure timely filings and optimal tax positions.

Preparation of Tax returns and handling other Tax compliances as required under the law for India as well as foreign jurisdiction
Representing before Tax authorities for assessments/ appeals, Lower withholding order and other related matters
Drafting requisite submissions for filing before Tax authorities and timely replying to notice
Partnering with Finance / cross functional teams
Finalization of Tax audits including liaise with auditors and advisors
Computation of Provision of tax, Advance Tax, ETR, DTL/DTL
Assisting in WHT tax compliances, foreign remittances,
Preparing financial closing deliverables for quarter/year end in time bound manner
Advise on applicability of withholding Tax on domestic and foreign transactions




Periodic Preparation of Tax MIS/ reports to management and Updation of repository
Assisting in automation projects to improve Tax compliance and upgrade Tax tools to support growth of the business
Exposure in handling in-depth direct tax compliances of Corporates for India as well for International Tax jurisdictions.
Experience in handling Tax inquires, Managing Litigations (including drafting responses, drafting appeals and technical memos) and representation before tax authorities -
Tax Technology experience helping digitalization of records to ensure timely and accurate compliances
Should have positive knowledge of SAP/ERPs
