Role Overview:
We're looking for a PR & Communications Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, trend-savvy, and passionate about storytelling. You'll work closely with our Brand Manager and external PR agency to bring Troovy's brand narrative to life across media and cultural moments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Brand Manager in executing Troovy's PR strategy across campaigns and events.
- Coordinate and align with PR agency partners to ensure timely deliverables and consistent messaging.
- Track PR calendars, coverage, and campaign outcomes; maintain regular reporting dashboards.
- Spot cultural, digital, and media trends and suggest ideas to keep Troovy relevant in conversations.




- Draft PR communication pieces (press notes, backgrounders, FAQs, talking points).
- Assist in organizing press outreach, influencer seeding, and brand events.
- Monitor competitor and industry news to identify proactive PR opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, bloggers, and influencers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
- Be the go-to problem solver for PR execution — quick, resourceful, and proactive.

What are we looking for:

- 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (internship experience counts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural go-getter with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Highly trend-savvy — keeps an eye on pop culture, news cycles, and social chatter.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for FMCG / food brands is a plus.
