Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases and other channels.

Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication and cultural alignment.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback and recruitment status.

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and build long-term talent networks.

Track recruitment activity, pipeline performance and hiring metrics.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.

Experience recruiting for technology roles is preferred.

Experience recruiting Guidewire or P&C; insurance technology professionals is a plus.

Robust proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
