Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace compliance, and HR policy implementation
Experience in performance management, training facilitation, and organizational development
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and tools
Ability to work in a start-up environment with a focus on fostering company culture
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
